Small group training allows for easy modifications which make these classes perfect for all fitness levels.
26 classes weekly include:
- NEW Strength workouts combined with conditioning intervals

- NEW Mobility Sessions…And so much more!
Program includes UNLIMITED sessions and FREE nutrition advice. Perform a minimum of 12 sessions within the 30 day program and be entered into drawing for additional prizes and cash back!

How do I get started?
- Purchase your 30 Day Training package.
- Check out our Fury 30 Day Training schedule located at the front desk or on our OTAC app
- Reserve your spot prior to sessions at the front desk, online or using the OTAC app. Sessions may be reserved up to 3 days in advance.
- Must complete all 12 sessions in 30 days to eligible for prizes.
- Early cancellations are permitted and require a 6 hour notice by calling the club at 540-349-2791.
- Emergency situations will be handled on a case by case situation.
At the end, we will celebrate! Finishers will have a change to win exciting prizes!
(Challengers must be present in order to win prizes.)
