OTAC features: a group fitness and group cycling studio, dedicated fitness center, personal, small group, and semi-private training studio; dedicated (hot and regular) yoga and Pilates studios; and a youth athletic performance training academy facility.

Also featuring, luxurious locker rooms with saunas*, free Wi-Fi, a coffee bar and (2) juice bars with all-natural recovery and performance shakes. In our main building, we have a dedicated kid care studio, Kids Club*, so our members can enjoy an hour or two of YOU time, whether you spend it with a certified trainer, a registered yoga instructor, a treadmill or a punching bag.

OTAC Iron is dedicated to the independent exerciser who wants the best in lifting equipment, selectorized machines,cable equipment, cardio equipment and space for functional training workouts and mobility. The fitness center features a juice bar, spacious locker rooms and the option to add on Kid Care for $10 to any membership.

OTAC Spark (group fitness), is dedicated to those who love group fitness and spinning. Spark includes Les Mills Programs, and our signature classes that you have grown to love, plus Spin with a projection screen and heart rate monitoring capabilities! Choose from 55 classes weekly.

Our yoga and pilates studio is a 2,500 square foot oasis with dedicated hot and traditional yoga rooms, a yoga wall and dedicated pilates studio. Class offerings cover a wide range of styles for practitioners of all experience levels. Our well-credentialed yoga and pilates instructors help you realize the joy of a fit body and calm mind.
OTAC Fury Force
OTAC Fury Force members have access to 32 sessions weekly of strength training, conditioning, boxing and HIIT.
OTAC Fury Force small group sessions are dedicated to those who want more motivation and variety through workouts supervised by a certified trainer. Zone Training Screen for monitoring workouts is available.
OTAC Fury Force semi-private sessions are dedicated to personal training, a maximum of 6 people. Each client is assessed through the Functional Movement Screen to determine an appropriate fitness level. Force trainers guide each client through exercises, teaching excellent form, modifications, and variations. Force sessions are daily created strength sessions designed to meet the needs of the group, designed for a full body workout and offer lots of variety. Heart rate monitoring is available.
OTAC Focus (formerly known as One on One Training) is for those seeking the most tailored personal training experience. OTAC Focus trainers “focus” on an individual’s needs and goals. No matter where the client is starting from, we refine a program based on a detailed assessment and focus on building the client’s health and fitness.
Divergent Performance is an athletic performance training academy that specializes in individual student needs. Our programs accommodate youth as young as two and a half and work all the way up to professional athletes. Our deep understanding of kinesiology combined with foundational principles and sport-specific functions allows our students to reach their full potential.
