ABOUT THESE CLASSES 

Move It or Lose It: Each class will provide the opportunity to use a variety of equipment in an effort to reach your goals and find the fitness level that you thought were losing or had lost! Our instructors are highly experienced in modifying and tailoring exercises to meet the needs of each individual.

Move It or Lose It Cycle: A 30 minute basic cycling class. Please arrive 10 minutes early if you need help setting up your bike.

Move It or Lose It Yoga: A very gentle 45 minute yoga class intelligently designed to help increase range of motion, improve balance and cognitive health through simple yoga movements, breathing exercises and meditation. Held in OTAC Breathe’s yoga studio, students will have access to yoga props such as blankets, bolsters and chairs to support their body’s difficulty moving up and down the floor.

Move It or Lose It Functional Circuit Training: This session will help you increase confidence in your daily activities. A certified trainer will move you through stations to enhance your daily performance. Become stronger, more agile and flexible in a fun and space environment.

Body Flow: Ideal for anyone and everyone. Body Flow is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During Body Flow an inspired soundtrack plays as you bed and stretch through a series of simple yoga move and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is part of all the exercises and instructors strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

Stretch and Restore Yoga: Held in OTAC Breathe’s yoga studio, this combination yin and restorative yoga class features a series of passive and long held stretches that benefit connective tissues of the body. Releasing tension from muscles and joints, and calming the parasympathetic nervous system is the focus to allow freedom of movement and mindfulness. Many props such as bolsters, blankets and our Yoga Wall can be used to support the body and allow for full relaxation.
