CXWORX

Exercise muscles around the core of your body. CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a strong, leaner body.

Body Attack

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Step

A challenging, motivating and fun cardiovascular class utilizing the step. This class is designed to increase endurance and enhance your daily performance. Intermediate to advance participants suggested.

Les Mills GRIT

(30 minutes) High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that improve cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. GRIT CARDIO, ATHLETIC and PLYO use a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. A bench may also be used, combining explosive jumping exercises with agility training to make you perform like an athlete. GRIT STRENGTH is designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

Barre

A modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

Move It or Lose It

This class is designed for the active, age-defying adult lookin to improve overall strength, stability, mobility and power. Each class will provided the opportunity to use a variety of equipment in an effort to reach your goals and find the fitness level that you thought you were losing or had lost! Our instructors are highly experienced in modifying and tailoring exercises to meet the needs of each individual. In addition, you will g et support in a challenging, safe, encouraging, fun and dynamic environment. This class is a great way to improve your sport, hobby or daily movement so that you can tell your peers that “age is a state of mind!”

Rhythmic Spin

Rhythmic spin encourages you to move your body to the beat of the music creating a dance party on the bike. Specialized moves and choreography are designed to target different muscle groups for a full body workout. With a combo of pushups, tapbacks, and more, you will be grooving to the music while getting a killer workout. It’s powerful and fun while being a challenge to your mind and whole body!
