

OTAC FURY FORCE
OTAC Fury Force members have access to 29 sessions weekly of strength training, conditioning, boxing and HIIT.
OTAC Fury Force small group sessions are dedicated to those who want more motivation and variety through workouts supervised by a certified trainer. Zone Training Screen for monitoring workouts is available.
OTAC Fury Force semi-private sessions are dedicated to personal training, a maximum of 6 people. Each client is assessed through the Functional Movement Screen to determine an appropriate fitness level. Force trainers guide each client through exercises, teaching excellent form, modifications, and variations. Force sessions are daily created strength sessions designed to meet the needs of the group, designed for a full body workout and offer lots of variety. Heart rate monitoring is available.
This membership includes access to OTAC Spark, all Virtual classes, OTAC IRON and Kids Club.
