OTAC FURY

OTAC Fury (small group), is dedicated to those who want more motivation and variety through workouts supervised by a certified trainer. A large training space dedicated especially to these workouts, offering an additional 27 classes weekly on the Fury schedule! Experience 30-minute High Intensity Interval classes called GRIT, conditioning classes that utilize new equipment like Boxing Master, HIIT MILL, rowers, sleds, sandbags, kettle bells- and more. Plus, special monthly Fury Fusion workouts change to offer diversity and new challenges. Zone Training Screen for monitoring workouts is available.

STRONG FURY

Certified Trainers will guide you through a fast-paced workout session that will move you in multiple directions, increasing your strength and stamina! This interval-based session will combine high intensity exercises utilizing ropes, balls, rowers, bikes, and/or boxes, with strength-based exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells and/or barbells. Each session will be different, creative and Kick Butt FUN! Exercises can be varied/modified to fit all levels.

FURY

This is conditioning at its best! Non-stop movement in multiple directions will help you increase your cardiovascular endurance while improving your core strength and overall body awareness and stability. Certified trainers will design workouts that will keep your heart rate up throughout the session – moving through exercises of cardiovascular conditioning and multiplane body weight exercises. Accessories such as ropes, balls, kettlebells, bikes, rowers, boxes, bands, ladders may all be incorporated. Each session is different and can be varied/modified to fit all levels.

BOXING FURY

Studies have shown boxing styles of training can burn between 250-400 calories in a 30-minute period! This workout is a fantastic way to increase cardiovascular capacity, get great abs and arms, and a strong lower body! Boxing is a great way to release tension and increase confidence! Well suited for all fitness levels and a great compliment to your other FURY sessions!

MOBILITY

In this 30 minute class you will improve your range of motion and your posture while alleviating some everyday aches and pains. You will also decrease muscle tension, reduce risk of injury, boost blood circulation and recover faster in between workouts.

KETTLEBELL FURY

Kettlebell training is a way to bridge the gap between strength training and cardiovascular training and amplifies your power output. Kettlebell lifts force you to adjust to constant gravity change which will enhance your core strength, balance, body awareness and power endurance! During this session you will master the core kettlebell movements and put them together for an amazing total body workout! All levels welcome!
