In accordance with Governor Northam’s executive order for phase II, we have implemented the required capacity limit within each building to ensure that each person maintains proper and safe social distance. As each building and department has different square footage and operates independently, we will have different capacities and traffic flow protocols by building.

As you already know, we take cleanliness very seriously and we don’t intend to back off now! Since closing, we’ve scrubbed the entire campus down and have made arrangements across campus for new routine cleanings throughout the day to help ensure a positive and clean environment.

We will also rely on you to join us in keeping our facilities both safe and clean.

1.) Please do not come onto the campus if you are not feeling well or showing any signs of illness.
2.) Please abide by social distancing requirements and wash hands before and after your workout.
3.) Please utilize the cleaning solution and wipes provided to wipe down equipment after each use.
4.) Masks are not required for workouts. We encourage you to wear a mask at any time you are in close proximity to a fellow member or staff member when not working out.

We feel confident that we can support one another in this effort to not only maintain a healthy environment, but get back to focusing on our goals for achieving healthy minds and bodies!

So here is how the campus will work…

We realize that the decision to start working out with us is unique to your health, wellness and comfortability. We will continue to offer virtual classes and outdoor workouts. See the schedule for all of the options available to you-make reservations on the APP for these workouts just like all other classes/sessions.

Shakes, if you’d like to enjoy a shake after your workout at the HUB, fill out an order form upon your arrival to have your shake ready as you depart. Be sure to check your account online and add credit to it now so you can easily grab your shake on the counter upon your departure! Your shake will be labeled with your name to make things easy. OTAC Iron shake bar will also be fully operational and you may order at any time.

At Iron, we will operate during the following hours: 5:30am-9pm Monday-Thursdays, 5:30am-8pm Fridays and 7:30am-5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. We will limit traffic within our space. Iron members will not need to make reservations from this time on. We have dedicated a workout hour from 7am-8am to our members that are either over the age of 60 and/or have an underlying health condition.  Please respect this hour to these members. During your workouts, we are asking that you wipe down equipment immediately after use. Sanitation stations are conveniently located throughout the space for your use. Showers will be closed at this time and bathroom traffic will be monitored closely by staff so you are able to safely utilize the facilities.

At the HUB, where we host group fitness classes, spin classes, small group training and semi-private training we have set a limit of member capacity respective to the space. We have also allotted a minimum of 15 minutes in between sessions and classes to allow for traffic flow safety and for cleaning.  We ask that you please remain outside the building until 5 minutes to the start of your class or session so we can effectively allow our members in the building to exit safely. We also will be rolling out a slightly new schedule for classes and sessions on Monday, June 8, so please check the schedule this weekend. Reservations will be made the same way as before. Saunas, showers and Kids Club will be temporarily closed. Staff will be closely monitoring bathroom traffic to ensure you can safely utilize our facilities while maintaining a safe distance.

At Breathe, we will limit class sizes and will be launching a new class schedule that will take effect on Monday, June 8. We have spread classes across our schedule to ensure you can enjoy your classes and exit safely. We ask that you please remain outside the building until 5 minutes to the start of your class or session so we can effectively allow our members in the building to exit safely. Please enter and exit your classes as you have normally. We do ask that you please bring your own yoga mats and towels.

Please know we support you in your health and respect your personal decisions that are made best for you and your family.

Best in health,

Kim Forsten
