Coronavirus Update

Last Updated: March 18, 2020

Hi OTAC family,

It certainly has been a challenging time for our community and our country over the last few weeks.

It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to close the campus until April 1, 2020, due to the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), in an effort to be responsible for our community at large.

Effective immediately, memberships will not be placed on hold, however, all existing member dues will be appropriately credited to your membership account for lost time. Our OTAC staff will do our best to be available to you to answer questions or address any concerns. To help us effectively manage your inquiries, please send us an email at info@otacfitness.com and one of our staff members will respond to you as soon as possible.

We know how important your fitness routine is and we want to be a part of helping keep you safe and healthy over the next 12 days. This is a time where we all need to come together – even while we’re physically apart.

Here’s what we will be offering all of our members…

We have been able to secure a number of free, at-home workout options with our partners at Les Mills as well as our own staff program classes. We will be launching these classes and workouts to you on Saturday, March 21st, which will be available on a private Facebook Group. Stay tuned for invites to the group page!

Each week, our OTAC staff and trainers will be posting 30-45 minute workout videos for you to enjoy at home including yoga, group fitness, HIIT, cardio, strength training and more!

In addition to the online classes, we will also be launching options to virtually train one-on-one and/or in small groups with your certified trainer. Stay tuned for more details to come!

We are sad we won’t be with you in person, but we believe we can still support one another and continue our workout routines together.

In the meantime, our team will be actively cleaning the facilities and working on new class schedules and gym availability to launch on April 1, adhering to CDC guidelines.

Please know that your health and wellbeing is of the utmost priority to us. We will weather this storm together. Thank you for being a part of our OTAC family, through thick and thin.

We appreciate the confidence you have placed in us and look forward to seeing you in less than 2 weeks!

Sincerely,

Kim Forsten
