Coronavirus Update

Hi OTAC Family,

We are so pleased to be open and serving you indoors again! We opened on May 15, 2020 with outdoor workouts only. On June 5, 2020 we started providing indoor workouts at a limited capacity with continued outdoor workouts.

On July 1, we began to operate under phase III guidelines. We still are providing a few outdoor workout opportunities, weather permitting.

Please check out our safety guidelines for the campus here: https://www.otacfitness.com/safety-guidelines

You can also view our campus code of conduct here: https://www.otacfitness.com/code-of-conduct

IRON Phase III Hours:
4:30am – 9:00pm Monday – Thursday
4:30am- 8:00pm Friday
7:30am – 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday

See schedules on the APP or website for class times and offerings for all other divisions.

In accordance with Governor Northam’s executive order for phase III, we have implemented the required capacity limit within each building to ensure that each person maintains proper and safe social distance. As each building and department has different square footage and operates independently, we will have different capacities and traffic flow protocols by building.

On July 6, we opened Kid’s Club at a limited capacity. If members would like to utilize kid care, please contact the front desk to learn more: 540-349-2791.

Our operating hours will be: Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 12 pm and Saturday 8 am – 11 am.

As you already know, we take cleanliness very seriously and we don’t intend to back off now! We are actively sanitizing equipment and workout areas throughout the day to help ensure a positive and clean environment.

We also have created a senior dedicated gym time (starting July 16) for our 55+ years of age members. This dedicated training time will take place in our Hub training studio on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will be limiting capacity to 10 participants in the space at one time.

We will also rely on you to join us in keeping our facilities both safe and clean.

This includes the following symptoms: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting or diarrhea.
2.) Please abide by social distancing requirements and wash hands before and after your workout.

We feel confident that we can support one another in this effort to not only maintain a healthy environment, but get back to focusing on our goals for achieving healthy minds and bodies!

We realize that the decision to start working out with us is unique to your health, wellness and comfortability. We will continue to offer virtual classes, see the schedule for all of the options available to you. Be sure to make reservations on the APP for these workouts just like all other classes/sessions.

Saunas will remain temporarily closed.

Please know we support you in your health and respect your personal decisions that are made best for you and your family.

Best in health,

Kim Forsten
