We hope you are doing well since we last saw you. We truly are missing our OTAC family!
We are reaching out to you because you’ve been randomly selected, along with 115 other Iron members, to help us beta test our (temporary) solution-based Iron reservation system to reflect CDC guidelines. AND we need your feedback!
In the beginning of May (date to be decided), we will be reopening our campus. We can’t wait to see you again and we want to share the adjustments we are implementing in order to safely and effectively offer our services to you.
Here is where we could use your help…
Before the campus opens in May, we want to beta test our new reservation system at Iron with you on Monday, April 27. This beta test is only offered to this preselected group of members in order for us to best streamline the process, no other guests or members will be permitted in the facility on this day.
You will reserve your workout time slot, come into Iron on Monday, workout and depart! Easy!
We have set-up a reservation system for members to book a 60 minute workout time. Iron will operate under normal business hours when we reopen. As we are phasing into a normal pattern, we are limiting member traffic each hour with 30 minutes of lapse time between workout slots so that we can clean, reset and ensure everyone enjoys their full hour.
This limited capacity allows you to safely workout within our space while maintaining a safe distance with your fellow members. Showers will be closed during this testing time and locker room traffic will be managed by staff so you are able to safely utilize the facilities.

The beta test will be held on Monday, April 27 from 4:30AM-8PM.
Here is how to get started…
USE THE OTAC APP (available on IOS and Android devices)
1.) If you haven’t already done so, download the Old Town Athletic Club app onto your mobile device through the app store or google play (links provided below).
2.) Sign into the app using your email address on file with OTAC. If you have set up a password previously, simply login with your email and that password. If you do not have a password you will need to create an account.
3.) After signing in, you will see 3 bars on the top left. Press that and the menu bar should populate. Select the “Events” tab.
4.) Once you are on the events page, you will simply choose the time and day that works for you (in this case Monday). There will be limited spaces for each one and it will let you know if it is full. Note: One time slot per day.
5.) You will receive a confirmation via email for the slot you’ve signed up for on Monday, April 27.
6.) Come workout!
