Welcome to Warrenton Yoga! Established in 2015 as an addition to the Old Town Athletic Club Wellness Campus, our studio is a 2,500 square foot oasis with dedicated hot and traditional yoga rooms. Class offerings cover a wide range of styles for all levels, beginner through advanced.

Our experienced and well-credentialed yoga instructors are here to help you realize the joy of a fit body and calm mind. We welcome all levels of practitioners into a soothing environment that fosters peace, wellbeing and a sense of connectedness. Our mission is to show you the steps to achieve a better quality of life.

Join Essential Oil expert, Marcia Hoffheins for a make and take oil blends. We will make 2 different blends during the workshop. 1 to help with focus and concentration and the other to fight germs. Of course we will enjoy a glass of wine too!

Pranayama

Pranayama in the Iyengar Style

This four week session will introduce the techniques of breath regulation encouraging the intake of oxygen and removing the obstacles to the free flow of prana, or vital energy. Yoga postures (asanas) conducive to breath work will be included. Class ends with a short seated meditation.  Must have done Yoga classes for at least six months. Pranayama will be taught by Nazli P. Weiss (R.Y.T.), an 18 year practitioner of Iyengar yoga.

Chai and Chat

Yoga can provide a therapeutic tool for healing and recovering from injury. Whether a sport injury, long hours sitting at work or an accident, a proper yoga practice can be used as an adjunct to physical therapy. Learn how to maintain or begin a yoga practice to help regain strength and support the body during the healing process.
