Welcome to Warrenton Yoga! Established in 2015 as an addition to the Old Town Athletic Club Wellness Campus, our studio is a 2,500 square foot oasis with dedicated hot and traditional yoga rooms. Class offerings cover a wide range of styles for all levels, beginner through advanced.

Our experienced and well-credentialed yoga instructors are here to help you realize the joy of a fit body and calm mind. We welcome all levels of practitioners into a soothing environment that fosters peace, wellbeing and a sense of connectedness. Our mission is to show you the steps to achieve a better quality of life.

All Levels Donation Yoga Class

Join CYT Madison for June’s donation class benefitting Habitat for Humanity. Madison will lead practitioners through the primary series of Ashtanga yoga, one of the first developed styles of hatha yoga. Come experience Vinyasa yoga in the great outdoors at Poplar Springs! Taught by Rachael Bussing, 200RYT 90 minutes of Vinyasa yoga + one Bellini or mimosa + light breakfast fare Upon arrival, all yoga participants will check in outside the Manor House Restaurant. We encourage all participants to bring a bottle of water, towel and yoga mat.

Om Baby

Bond with your babe and restore balance in your body with the gentle postnatal yoga workshop designed especially for both of you! This workshop is open to all moms and is also appropriate for C-section births. FOR MOM Practice yoga poses that tone and strengthen your muscles while holding baby and having fun. Learn simple breath work to effectively calm nerves, release tension and recharge your stamina! FOR BABY Learn gentle massage techniques to aid in digestion or sooth fussiness.
