Small Group training is your ticket to experience Pilates, yoga, interval training, boxing and more with certified trainers who personalize workouts for groups of 6 to 10 people. Reservations are required. See the front desk to reserve your spot or utilize our online reservation option. Space is limited to allow for personalized attention.
