Continually refined for almost a century, the Pilates Method focuses on developing core postural muscles to help keep the body balanced and the spine supported.

Warrenton Pilates is a separate dedicated studio with everything you need to build a healthy, toned and attractive physique. Each student works at his or her own level of capability with tailored coaching from a certified Pilates trainer.

Pilates exercises, performed on mats and specialized resistance-based apparatus, will help you progress from tight, weak, pained muscles to flexibility, length and strength. Achieve better posture, reduce muscular and joint pain, and increase flexibility through lengthened muscles.

One-on-one Pilates training is also available and can be beneficial for those who are working toward an individual goal or need to address specific issues. Programming is tailored to your needs and trainers accommodate your schedule.

In time, the basics of Pilates will become second nature to you, carrying over into everyday life, translating to grace and economy of movement.
