Bea Motter has been with the club for nearly 15 years. She began her fitness career as an aerobics instructor, transitioning into personal training a little under a decade ago.  While she has a plethora of experience working with people of all ages, she specializes in the 40+ arena.

“Active Adults are more interested in doing this for their health. I have found that I relate very well to people my age because we are on the same page with regards to our fitness goals.”

Bea’s main focus as a trainer is to help people continue to do what they want to do as they get older. She is dedicated to helping people lead healthy, functional lives.

Along with the rewarding feeling of helping someone improve, feel better and stronger, she finds her clients are an inspiration and a big reason why she will always love what she does.

“I have been doing this for so long; I developed a family at the club, and loyal clients. I must love what I’m doing because I’m still doing it.”
