Maximize your potential with individualized attention from a certified trainer.  Each session is personally designed with you in mind. Trainers consider health history, current fitness level, time constraints and both short and long term goals in developing your customized program. Trainers motivate you through each session, assisting you in getting more out of each workout. OTAC offers personal training services with a separate 2700 square foot studio! This personal training playground includes a variety of accessories and plenty of space to allow participants immediate access to equipment in a private environment.

Body Composition Analysis $45 per session

Determine a baseline with this non-invasive assessment tool. Through bio electrical impedance, the Body Composition Analysis provides an accurate, quick and effective analysis of one’s body composition. The Body Composition Analysis measures body fat percent, lean body mass (muscle), body water percent, basal metabolic rate; estimates daily calorie expenditure and waist to hip ratio to determine your risk of heart disease. A complete report is provided and explained by a certified technician.

Functional Movement Screening (FMS) $57 per session

Simplify the concept of movement and its impact on the body! This screen identifies muscular imbalances, limitations and dangerous movement patterns so that they can be addressed systematically. The FMS can be applied to any fitness level and will create a functional baseline and a means to measure progress. Through the screening process, a technician can easily and instantly create customized exercises and strategies to enhance and improve performance. Something EVERY exerciser should invest in!

Fitness Coaching Session $40 per session

This session will help you develop a workout schedule! Whether you have 20 minutes in a day or 2 hours in a day to devote to your personal wellness, a fitness coach can help you design a schedule that will be time efficient, effective and tailored to your indi- vidual needs. During this session you and your coach will design a 30 day calendar that may include specific classes, independent exercise options and activities to hold you accountable and set you up for success.
