OTAC Spark, formerly known as Group Ex, is dedicated to those who love group fitness and spinning. Spark will include Les Mills Programs, including a NEW 30-minute core training class called CX Works, Zumba, and our signature classes that you have grown to love, plus Spin with a projection screen and heart rate monitoring capabilities! Choose from 55 classes weekly.

Spin

CXWORX

Exercise muscles around the core of your body. CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a strong, leaner body.

Body Attack

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Step

A challenging, motivating and fun cardiovascular class utilizing the step. This class is designed to increase endurance and enhance your daily performance. Intermediate to advance participants suggested.

Zumba

This Latin Inspired Dance Fitness craze will leave you believing that YOU CAN DANCE! Learn a variety of rhythms, put them together with fantastic and uplifting music for a super fun workout. Great instructors will guide you every step of the way. All levels welcome.
