Body Pump

This is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODY PUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through scientifically proven techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music- helping you achieve much more than on your own. You will leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more!

Body Flow

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODY FLOW is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.  During BODY FLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.  Breathing control is part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.  You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

Spin

Journey through mountain climbs, rolling hills, flats and sprints for an awesome simulated outdoor ride.  Certified instructors create each ride, select music and motivate you through the terrain!

Body Attack

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts.  The workout combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.  Your instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout- challenging your limits in a good way and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Step

(Intermediate to advanced participants suggested.)  This class is a challenging, motivating and fun cardiovascular workout utilizing the step that is designed to increase endurance and enhance your daily performance. Basic Step is great for first time participants who enjoy easy to follow movements.

Les Mills GRIT

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that improve cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. GRIT CARDIO, ATHLETIC and PLYO use a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.   A bench may also be used, combining explosive jumping exercises with agility training to make you perform like an athlete.  GRIT STRENGTH is designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

Move It or Lose It (Gentle Cardio and Strength)

Each class will provide the opportunity to use a variety of equipment in an effort to reach your goals and find the fitness level that you thought you were losing or had lost! Our instructors are highly experienced in modifying and tailoring exercises to meet the needs of each individual.

Les Mills CORE

Builds strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, including the abdominals, glutes and back which assists with balance and injury prevention. The workout includes exercises that utilize a LES MILLS SMARTBAND, weight plates and bodyweight exercises like crunches, planks, and hovers.

Boot Camp Interval

This jam packed, results orientated and motivating workout will work you from head to toe! Body weight exercises and resistance training combined with blasts of cardio fitness for a fast paced, no joke bootcamp style of workout.

Cardio/Strength Interval

This high energy class will motivate participants through intervals of muscular endurance and heart pumping cardio!  Get strong, get conditioned, get challenged and have fun!!

Chair Yoga

Perform traditional yoga poses utilizing the chair while seated or standing for balance support.  Well suited for members recovering from injuries and for those 60 and over.

Gentle Strength and Stretch

Instructors will guide you through strengthening exercises to promote bone density and general overall strength followed by lengthening exercises to increase flexibility and mobility.  This class will help you get through your daily activities with a new level of confidence and with greater ease.

Yoga

This class will be slow paced, gentle and a great introduction to basic poses, breathing exercises and active meditation. Hatha in style, students will take advantage of the opportunity to hold poses focusing on proper alignment. In yoga, the word alignment is used to describe the precise way in which your body should be positioned in each pose in order to obtain the maximum benefits and avoid injury.

Zumba

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness- cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility and boosted energy.
