Individual Session: $60
Nutrition/Fitness Coaching Combo: $90
Nutrition Coaching session, plus design a one-on-one workout schedule customized to help you reach your specific goals.
Four-Week Session Package: $220
Includes a weekly Nutrition Coaching session, initial Body Composition Analysis, and menu planning.
Note: four-week sessions expire six-weeks from date of purchase.

Body Composition Analysis $45 per session
Determine a baseline with this non-invasive assessment tool. Through bio electrical impedance, the Body Composition Analysis provides an accurate, quick and effective analysis of one’s body composition. The Body Composition Analysis measures body fat percent, lean body mass (muscle), body water percent, basal metabolic rate; estimates daily calorie expenditure and waist to hip ratio to determine your risk of heart disease. A complete report is provided and explained by a certified technician.

Diana has lived in Warrenton with her husband and children for seven years and has been with Old Town Athletic Club since 2008 as a member, Fitness Specialist, and Fitness Coach. She is enthusiastic about health and exercise and how nutrition can help YOU achieve optimal health.
