Come experience Vinyasa yoga in the great outdoors at Poplar Springs! Taught by Rachael Bussing, 200RYT 90 minutes of Vinyasa yoga + one Bellini or mimosa + light breakfast fare Upon arrival, all yoga participants will check in outside the Manor House Restaurant. We encourage all participants to bring a bottle of water, towel and yoga mat.
