“Two years ago, I was introduced to the Youth Semi-Private Weight Training. After a couple weeks of going several times a week, I was lifting way heavier than what I had started with, and I could already see changes in my arms and legs. My trainers are amazing. “I wanted to take a moment to thank you and Mike for your Speed School! The classes have made such an improvement in Jess’s performance in football this season that his team went to the Division Championship! Although his team didn’t win, they were able to keep an undefeated team from scoring all but one touchdown in the first half!   The final score was 20-6, but I tell you, Jess had sacked the untouchable quarterback in the backfield and single-handedly stopped an extra point. Jess pulled 9 sacks and 40 assisted tackles this season! All of his quickness, agility and focus is because of what you all STARTED to teach him! I am so excited to see what more you have in store for him.
